I've been getting back in to a lot of things, and starting a few new things, and all of these things are already starting to keep me busy. Keeping busy is good. It keeps the mind and body operating at peek efficiency. I've even started to notice how writing and producing content for this blog alone has effected my schedule, and along with my return to parkour, I'm sleeping and feeling much better overall. Motivation to do so hasn't always been a constant, it comes and goes like the tides, but every day it seems to get better.
